◦ When your order is received from this site the goods will be sent as soon as possible, usually the same day. We are unable to guarantee delivery time for standard shipping items. We can provide a guaranteed delivery service at extra cost – to be arranged by telephone order.

If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. ◦ If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, it will be placed on backorder and dispatched as soon as new stock is available. You may cancel backordered items prior to dispatch and receive a full refund.

◦ Please check items on delivery. Any damaged or faulty items must be reported to us immediately. St Anthony Communications reserves the right to refuse liability for damaged or faulty items if not reported within 7 days.
◦ Purchased items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Returns must be authorised prior to sending by telephoning 01834 812643. Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. No refunds will be given for used or damaged items. No refunds will be given for postage paid on the original order. If the original order qualified for free postage, St Anthony Communications reserves the right to deduct the postage cost incurred from the refund total. Postage cost to return items will be the responsibility of the customer.
